Bought a pair of Air headphone 1,5 year ago and have been very happy with the product. Worked perfectly until recently where the sound stopped working on right side. Contacted customer service and within 4 days i had a replacement product free of charge. Now enjoying a great product again. Thanks AfterShokz!

Had my Aftershokz Titanium for 11 months and found them superb for both calls at work and the gym. Unfortunately the top part of the casing on the left hand side cracked and separated from the bottom section. I emailed customer service and received a reply within a couple of hours. A couple of emails later and within 5 days, I have received a brand new set under warranty. The customer service has been absolutely superb and I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I have received. I would 100% recommend Aftershokz for both product and service. It’s only a pity there isn’t a higher star rating I can give for this review!!????????????????????????

Fantastic aftersales, had an issue with my headphones and they sent replacements with very little hassle. Would be 5 stars only for the fact I had an issue in the first place but way to redeem yourself well done!

I bought 4 pairs of Trekz Titanium for multiple family members and... every. single. set. broke. At the exact same location: on the bridge between the earpiece and the control buttons.
From what I see
1) The combination of the plastic cast shape there and an inserted subsurface screw weakens the construction and is guaranteed to cause fatigue breakages.
2) surprise: their much-marketed titanium band is nowhere to be found. It is not there on any of the 4 snapped open pairs.
One mitigating factor is that they did all made it past the 2-year warranty. But on contacting them with my disappointment - I bought 4 pairs after all - they just sent a cookie-cutter response email for a measly 15% discount on a new pair. But many of their online retail partners already offer more than 15% off as their standard price... and this code is only valid for their own MAP respecting website. Clearly, not anywhere near a viable solution. They didn't respond to my message to them expressing this disappointment. Luckily Philips just launched a line of headsets that have bone conduction!

This company didn't even wait for the seller to return to them my damaged headphones during the warranty period. They immediately volunteered to replace them.
In addition to producing innovative and high quality products, AfterShokz has one of the best customer services I have ever come across, it's helpful, competent and proactive.

Best headphones you can buy. The quality of the sound is exceptional especially on the open road or in an office. They are so comfortable. Even when I had an issue with my husbands new pair, they had it sorted immediately. I couldn’t recommend a company more. Will always buy my headphones from them.

I had a pair of Aeroflex headphones go bad. They shipped me a new pair that was defective. Reported the issue and was told I had to return the pair i just received before they would ship another one. Why? Because their engineers had to find out what was wrong with the defective pair. As a consumer that makes no sense not to mention that again as a consumer, I do not care about thier internal process especially when it leads to me not having a head set for more than 2 weeks. I was assured a manager/supervisor would call, never happened. But they said someone did call. That is a lie. So I am now looking for a different headset and still waiting for the replacement of the defective one they shipped. Disappointing to say the least and worse because of the lying and insistence by the customer service staff on a rule that is losing them a customer. Not a customer for a $29 dollar model but for their top of the line model. WAKE UP AFTERSHOKZ. I will never recommend your product and never buy form you again. You could have fixed this but your customer service staff is for the most part untrained and not interested in helping the customer. Aside from that, to have a 10 + day turn around for this product is beyond belief they are available in every Best Buy. Good Bye aftershocks. I hope you fix this or you will likely go out of business.

Purchased the air headphones in replacement to beats after having issues with the latter. Aftershokz great product, work well and safety in mind. Great product ????

I bought some Aeropex last year and I’ve found them amazing since the first use. The sound quality, for a bone conduction set of headphones, is excellent and they’ve been loyal running companions so far. In the last weeks though, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge very well. It would last about 3 or 4 hours, as opposed to the 6 hours advertised. I contacted Aftershokz to start a warranty claim, with fairly standard expectations. To my amazement, I was promptly contacted by customer service and within a week from my claim I received a brand new set free of charge! Same colour, same model, no nonsense and hassle free. I didn’t have to send the old ones back either, which I think is absolutely brilliant. This company has an outstanding approach to customer service, coupled with an extremely high quality product. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

They’re my favorite running headphones. You can hear music clearly while running. You can also hear the outside world you’re safe. The best of both worlds. Never once fell off me while running: a big difference from most headphones. Do you research and check them out. Pricey, but the best purchase.

I purchased the AfterShokz Aeropex after a week of researching all sorts of wireless headsets/earphones/earbuds and was instantly drawn to these as they are hands down the most comfortable thing on this planet to wear and it's like having a soundtrack for your life in your head while you listen to everything going on around you. They're magical and I am so glad I went with these over silicone tip in-ear earbuds because I know with these I always use them because of their form factor.
I love the sound quality too, that was a big point of contention I've read about with bone conduction... but these have totally exceeded my expectations, apart from the fact that these do not isolate sound (so you can hear everything around you simultaneously). If you're in a quiet environment, these have amazing sound quality I can not distinguish the difference between these and the gaming headset I normally wear while on my PC. The best way I can put it is these split your sense of hearing into 2 streams and apart from the sheer novelty of experiencing one of your senses being spliced between two sources (which is REALLY freaking cool!), they stand on their own as an incredibly solid device to listen to music or podcasts no matter what you are doing!

What a brilliant company to deal with. My air aftershokz on / off button stopped working. I contacted them and they asked for proof of purchase and a short video of the evidence. Immediately they sent out a new pair. No quibble or hassle or trying to get out of it. So much better than the experience I had with a watch company whose product was faulty from day one and I spent two years trying to get a replacement from (S****o).
